The wealth of experience derived from Mollart’s core expertise in the design and manufacture of Deep Hole Drilling machines provides the company with a strength in project engineering. This is applied to an active sub-contract business with a turnover of £4m per annum.

For a simple Deep Hole Drilling enquiry, we have over 20 Mollart machines installed in three factory locations in the UK – Chessington, Surrey – Chesterfield, Derbyshire – Neath, South Wales – ranging from small hole machines down to 0.7mm diameter through to large deep holes up to 300mm diameter and 3 metres deep and multspindle machines for high volume parts.

For turnkey complete machined parts we have 30 CNC machines backed by ISO9001:2000 certified Quality Control facilities. Mollart can project manage a part from an initial design brief and develop a complete manufacturing process.
